Default Safe to drive with P0345

Hey all,

Just got my 350ZR about a week ago. I am getting, what seems to be, a pretty common CEL (SES). Is it safe to drive? The car takes a little longer to start -- again seems common for this -- but other than a short hesitation after about 10 minutes drives fine. Right now my Subaru is in the shop getting some maintenance done, and that has left me with the 350 to get around for the next couple of days. Sorry of this has been answered before, but I did search an nothing came right out and said it was ok.

Cam position sensor, bank 2. $80 part, 15 minutes to install. Not dangerous but it won't get better on it's own either.
