Hey I have to replace my 4 lower control arms for the front suspension. I also have to replace 2 sway bar links. Do you guys know the best way to get the old ones outta there? Do I need some kind of ball joint removal tool?

Also I don't know if the bushings come included in the control arms but when I searched part stores it looks like they are inside of the new ones
