how to replace knock sensor?

Default how to replace knock sensor?

can anyone please explain me with pictures if possible how to replace the knock sensor on my 2003 350 z touring?
i have been searching searching and searching for few days but cannot find any helpful posts anywhere...

remove the upper and lower intake manifolds. Shouldnt take more than a few hours start to finish.

thanks for your quick and nice reply, i am not a very knowlegeable person about the part names that is why i asked if someone can explain with pictures, i have no idea what a manifold is... can you please explain a little bit, much appreciated....

sorry but this may not be a task for you. Do you have metric tools, an in-lb wrench.

When you go to put the manifold back on, you have to be very careful with the TQ. You may run into vacuum leaks as well. Also, as you remove the manifold/plenum be sure to cover the intake holes with tape or stuff with towels/rags.

no i dont have in-lb wrench, how much you think is reasonable charge if i take it to shop to do it for me? do i have to take it to dealership or any mechanic can do the job?
