The top mount on my passenger door grip cracked & the grip is no longer usable. I have ordered a replacement but am not sure how to attach the new one. Must I remove the door panel or does it just attach with screws through the in-tact panel?

 

This part? If so, the silver portion pops out (I used a butter knife and a hand rag to avoid scratches) and there are 2 screws holding in.
