Default key programmers???

Has anyone ever purchased a key programmer??? i just switched over to the flip key and transferred my transponder from my valet key over to the flip key shell and it works great!! with that being said i was searching online and found something called a "sbb key programmer", does anyone have any experience with this or a similar product. a lot of locksmiths program transponder key n i doubt they all use the consult III or nissan's diagnostic tool. can anyone shed some light on this??

I found this on a quick search - http://www.obdchina.com/sbb-key-prog...sion-p-29.html - It's probably the same thing you found but if anyone else wants to take a look...

On a similiar note, I bought a OEM replacement fob and it only works about once every 10 times I push a button. I'm walking across parking lots looking like a maniac shooting at my car 30 times with an invisible gun.
