Default Clutch breakage w/ pics

Is this normal wear and tear for a clutch?

I'm wondering if this is contributing to the trans problems I'm having in my 05 g35.

I'm referring to where the springs appear to be coming out of the clutch disk

My Prelude clutch disk had a little worse than that. I was replacing the clutch because i didn't feel it was working 100% correctly.

In short, yes, it's possible in my opinion.

Probably not causing any issue yet but it will very soon when the spring comes out all the way and jambs itself in between the disk and flywheel...

That clutch center hub is junk (literally)

What brand clutch is that?
