Default Gauges don't work

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, seemed most suitable to place it here.
2004 350z
First off it is not my car. So here is the story someone breaks into this z and steals the radio but decides he should cut the whole radio harness.. Gauges light up but the needles don't move.. The triple cluster works fine, but the tach, speedo, temp, and fuel gauge do not.. We replaced the entire dash harness with a brand new oem Nissan one.. Factory radio has been re-installed.. Cluster lights up and all the warning lights come on as well as the fuel light but the needles dont move.. I have checked all the fuses and no dice there.
Any input is much appreciated.

did you check the radio harness if it was connected properly.. I have seen that happen in my car when I started it up cuz I had to move it from the garage.. I reconnected the harness properly and everything went fine... try to check to BCM, ECU and the fuse box in the engine bay as will.. if it don't work then I give up lol...

Check the harness and wires to/from the AC module (white box under the stereo). I had this happen a few years ago:

I have a similar issue with gauges not working but my dash lights do not work either. However my oil pressure and batt gauge does work. Is this still an issue with AC module
