Default Squeaking noise when turning wheel after car wash?

I have a annoying squeak/creak when I turn my steering wheel back and forth when the car is stopped and at parking lot speeds. It's usually the loudest after I wash my car and pressure wash inside the wheel wells and all that. But it happens at random times too, just not as loud.

The only mod I have are Kinetix camber arms up front. I don't know if they are causing it because I installed them the same day I got my car. I haven't lowered it yet so everything else is stock. But I made sure there was enough grease in the bushings and it's been less than 1000 miles since I got the car.

I've tried to spray wd-40 on every bushing I can find in the front, but that didn't help at all.

Any idea what it can be? It's really annoying and embarrassing because everyone can hear it when I'm driving through the parking lot lol

Here's a video. You might have to turn your volume up a lot and you can't really hear it until 10 seconds in.

I can't hear a thing even after turning volume way up. The noise right after a wash can be
normal. Fact that you hear it at different times could be something else. What brand pads do you have?

Start by reading all of the thread linked below as I suspect that is the noise you are hearing, especially the noise that I experienced from the pressed stud rod end covered by the rubber boot if you have the latest version of the Kinetix front upper control arms.

sweet thanks. I'll try to spray some lube under the ball joint cover and see if that helps. That's the only place I haven't sprayed.
