Exclamation HR Starts then stalls/dies

I've read a few threads and none of them seems to help.

Completed:
ECU Reset
TB position reset
Cleaned MAF and TB.

I can hear the TB position itself after I take the key to OFF position.
I can here the pump when I turn the key to ON position.

Filled up the gas close to half a tank early morning, and for some odd reason I forgot to close the gas cap. I was still able to start the car after work.
Drove the car for some errands. Then when I got home a few hours later the car Starts then dies.

Anyone had this issue before?

Bad Gas?
Gas indicator might be off?
Fuel pump is dirty?
Bad Spark plugs

Did you check to c if your Cold air intake are loose at any point? Sometimes the silicon hose connection might come loose from vibration and large vacuum leak might cause your car to stall.

Might have uncalibrated the throttle body if you moved it with your hand, but that only messes up the idle

I did the service manual TB calibration process after all the cleaning was done. (Battery was off prior to cleaning).

The car was able to start then stalled this morning, after that it would just crank.

I'm going to change the spark plugs in a few and add fresh gas. Hopefully the problem is very minor.

I would be a little concerned if throttle is sticking. That is not normal.

I'm going to inspect it again tomorrow. I would assume it would only get stuck when the valve is close.
