Default Swapped Vq Z to G - Starting Issues

I posted this in g35driver but no response.

I have a 05 g35 coupe had a revup motor and the motor blew. So I picked up a motor from an 04 350z motor trans harness and ecu. So I swapped everything in my g and the car won't start. The z motor was running when I pulled it out. There no spark or fuel and I've went back and forth with the ecu's nothing. I checked the fuses and one of the fuses blow right when I turn the ignition to the on position. It's the engine control fuse its a 10amp fuse. I've checked all over the harness and nothing I see suspicious. Anybody have any clue?? Lmk thanks.

The 04 model is a non-rev motor so there will be a slight difference. If it's blowing fuses there has to be a short somewhere in the wiring so that has to be addressed first.

After that I think the NATS (security) must be disabled since your key is programmed for another ecu than the 04 you swapped in. I could be wrong on this since I don't deal a lot with that security stuff but that seems to be an issue when switching ecus. Dynosty can flash the ecu to disable the security system.

Ive check everywhere I've touched and some. So assuming everything is good with that you don't think it would short because of the security system?? My friends and I discussed this cause I do know my key has a chip in it or so I'm told. Maybe I should just red lash the ecu. So should I be using my g35 ecu or the z ecu? I believe the z motor I have is a revup too I mean I could be wrong cause my friend has a non rev motor in his z and his doesn't look similar. Plus the gauge cluster in the z had the rev on the cluster. Also how do I contact dynosty?? Thanks for the help!!

You need to delete the NATS on your ecu. This can be done with uprev. Most venders on here offer a mail in service for this. After that, there is a wire on the engine harness you have to cut and loop or cap it off. It's at the 3 connector that goes to the body wiring harness. I forget which wire it is though I have to check.

use the rev-up harness and ecu with the rev up engine.

security system causes the car not to start, it does not blow fuses in order to disable the car.
