I have an 04 enth with 91K. Recently I've noticed 2 noises. First was a ticking noise when stopped and idling. I thought it was a valve tick problem until I noticed it coming from the ac compressor. Sure enough when I turned off the ac the ticking went away.

Second noise is a Screech/woosh noise. Almost sounds like a wastegate on turbo car. It happens right after letting off of a hard acceleration. I'm also pretty sure this is a/c clutch related because it goes away when I turn the ac off.

Anyone else had this problem? Not sure I want to try taking the clutch off of the compressor while it's still mounted to the car.
