Default Not Sure of Noise

Ok, so the other day I leave work and there's a noise coming from the rear end of my 05 (w/101k). Initially I thought I had either a flat or something stuck in a rear tire. Checked that, nothing there. I have no vibrations from either of my rear wheels, my drive shaft seems ok. Does this sound like a bad wheel bearing or possibly something in the diff? Thanks for any info.

It's like a "whump" for lack of a better term. It increases / decreases with acceleration / braking,

How is your Tire wear/tread? Worn tires can make a womp, womp, womp sound at certain speeds. Possibly wheel bearings..
