I've been trying to figure this out myself for a few months now lol. It drives me insane!

Is this (below) the same method you used to fix the problem? I'm planning on upgrading my shocks soon, when I do, i will have to try this fix. I'll post my findings afterwards.

i have an 08, had the same issue. turned out to be the rear upper shock bushing. i took it out and greased it up up with some left over grease from energy suspension kit had for another car. I'm on stock suspension and have been squeak free for about a year now. hope this helps.
