Plz help! new door/relearn
Hey guys, 2003 gt
I got into a bad accident but completely repaired my z
After installing my new drivers door I could not relearn the window motor.
As of right now:
No auto up/down
Shut door, window drops n repeats as i shut it over and over
I know the relearn procedure BUT, this doors window motor does not have a reset button!! Also why no auto up?
Ive reset my old motors a few times so i know the procedure..
Can someone help me out!???

I recently installed a drivers side window door motor with the same problem. I have installed other window motors and was able to reset them. Anyway I have the same problem. It continues to lower about two inches every time I open and close the door til is is all the way down. The window goes up and down fine but just continues to lower itself.
I took a look at the motor the other day and it seems the reset button assembly has separated from the motor and is sorta flopping in the breeze. I think the only cure is a new window motor.
I have a feeling your reset switch is behind the door panel hanging to low to see it through the small reset window of the door panel.

i need someones input
I can swap motors i guess i just didnt want to if theres nother way to fix it. Also im concerned about my auto up/down feature.
