Default vibrating noise in the dash

I have a 03 z with a pioneer double din radio in it. Every time around 43 to 46 mph I hear a loud vibrating noise from somewhere in the dash. I know its not the radio because it sounds like its coming from near the windshield. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to help?

Mine does the same thing. I remember reading a thread explaining how to make it go away, but it involved taking out the whole dash so I opted against it. I'm pretty sure it was on this forum, if you search for it, you might find it.

very common problem with our car. some have determined that sometimes it comes from
contact of end of dash with the windshield. sounds strange but in my case that was the problem too. there is a meeting point of dash pieces at both ends (driver and passenger side). i found a thin black plastic shim and inserted tiny strips between the joints close to the windshied. that took care of it. been more than 2 years now

I shoved an Old T-shirt under there. There's to metal brackets that meet and honestly dont know why it is not bolted together or welded. But shoving an old TSHIRT worked for me..

I was getting bad rattles from the center cubby, the A-pillars, the center gauge cluster and the passenger kick plate. I went ahead and taped all the contact points with really thin felt tape I got on Amazon and covered the plastic and the metal areas with Dynamat and the problem went away. You might want to make sure that the wiring harness to the center gauges isn't rattling around. I wrapped the wires in foam tape and haven't heard them at all since.

FWIW, I like the T-shirt idea (other than it being a fire hazard)
