Car wont start after spark plug tube seal replacement
Ok so i just got done doing the R&D Factory spark plug tube replacement. In the process i did have to take off the throttle body from the wite harness so i could access my vavle covers. When i finally got done with the process i started the car up and it started up fine and i let it idle to normal operating temperatures. I didnt do any of the throttle position resets or accelerator pedal resets. I drove out of my neighborhood just fine, but when i got out to a main road i decided to give the car a little gas and in 2nd gear i brought it up to 4k rpm and all of a sudden the engine pretty much just dies and i coast and stop at a red light. With help from a stranger i was able to get pushed into a parking lot and i was stuck tryin to figure out the problem from there. After some research in the lot i decided to resset the ECU, rest the throttle position and accelerator pedal. At times, it would start then idle for a few seconds then die, a couple times i would rev it and it reved up fine then it would just die again. Final attempt i said im going to try to start it then put it into first gear and take off. I actually did do this and the car moved through the parking lot and drove and felt fine, i let it si and idle again and it idled perfectly fine again. I decided to drive it home (around the block basically) drove it fine and then tried to see if it would stall out agai so i then brought the revs back up to 4k rpm in second gear and the same symptoms hit again i lost all power and coasted into my neighborhood. This time i treid all of the resets and what not and now it just sits there and cranks and cranks. Im am absolutly clueless to what happened. The car has gas drove fine the night before, i am absolutely clueless to what has happened. Somebody please help!

I figured the problem out took everything apart and realized that the ground cable on the front of the timing chain cover was super loose... Tightened that sucker up and now she fires and drives

^ im not sure i follow both of u on this one?
Honesly i thought that these s gaskets are pretty legit because from the looks of it they are pretty much identical to the stock 350z ones... I now fully understand why there was cutting and drilling involved in order to take out the old seals... But regardless im trying these out to see what the fuss is about

I probably would of been in the same situation if i would of bought new valve covers any ways... I would more than likely forgot to bolt down the ground all the way anyways... I would however look back and regret it if these seals were to just fail miserably
