Hi wonder if the 06 after 350z taillights work on my 04 Z? Are the wiring the same plug and play? Thanks!

 

Wiring is the same but you will have to modify the harness. Nothing you can't do with a utility knife and 30 minutes.

 

Could you tell me how because I really have no clue how? I just know the previous 05 just plug and play I because there are only two wires as I remember!

 

Anyone know if I really need to mod the wiring?

 

Anyone done this modding before for the JDM facelift LED Taillight?

 

I have the jdm clear led tails on my 05. It is very easy, a tiny section of plastic on the harness side needs to be trimmed off.

 

I can't remember exactly which connector (male or female) needs to be modified, but I did it and it was very easy. Use a razor and shave down the area that will OBVIOUSLY not fit. There should be no question when you try to plug it in..
