New tranny fluid, now grinding

Got my car back. It is driving great. I ended up paying a little over 1 grand and when I got the bill it was for the clutch, and cheap bearing and the slave cylinder.
I hope it stays perfect now I already missed the first 2 SOLO events this year

Yea I saw on courtesy, not sure if they were discounted or wholesale price because when I called the other dealers they told me more.
They said I am only paying for parts, but of course they marked it up to make extra cash.
Car should be ready today unless if I "need" a flywheel.
Do you guys think the car will be back to normal or never the same? I just get scared when they take stuff apart and rebuild.
If I don't feel comfortable with it I am thinking of trading it in for a used Elise. Always loved the Lotus and I can now afford an 05-06 with low miles.
