Intermittent vibrations at highway speeds while turning
So a few days ago I was leaving walmart in the middle of a bad ice/snow storm. I was carried across the road while turning to leave because of the road angle and hit the curb with my front right tire at an angle. It was only a couple mph but it was still a good jolt. I drove back across town to home, it didn't drive funny or anything, the steering wheel was straight as well.
I took my z to the shop the next day for an alignment check and they said it threw my toe out on that tire a bit and they corrected it. I am at
-1.3 camber front Left
-0.5 camber front right
8.2 caster
.06 toe front left
.04 toe front right (was .11 before it was corrected)
-.08 cross camber which is right on the line of the specified range
I took my car down home over easter and noticed an intermittent small humming like vibration on the highway that would reoccur while I was turning even a degree to the left. It's not a bad vibration at all but I can feel it through the floor and I know it wasn't like that before the curb incident. It seems to come from the front right as well. They did say I had bent my wheel just a bit but I can't tell. It looks just like the lip of the lip got chewed a bit from the curb. A bent wheel would cause constant vibration though.
I did try shaking my wheel to check for movement but it wasn't on a jack or anything, just parked. There wasn't any movement though toe way or camber way. I also checked the tires for feathering and they seemed pretty good to me.
Is there anybody that has a clue what this could be? I try to stay as far away from mechanic bills as possible so I'll just replace what needs done myself.
Thanks
Also in the process of ordering some new upper control arms, no camber adjustment is killing me.

I'd say start with checking your front hub bearings first. Jack up the front of your car, first grab the top and bottom of the tire at 12 and 6 o clock and give it a good shake with a good top to bottom motion and do it again with your hands at 3 and 9. You should not have any top to bottom or side to side play at all. Any play indicates that the hub bearing was damaged. Next, spin your front wheels by hand and listen for any metal-metal or "whirring" sounds. Then SLOWLY rotate the tire while also pulling it a bit to the left and feel for absolutely any kind of binding, clicking, etc. Since the car will already be jacked up, go on and do both sides.
When you're able to get this done, be sure to report back and let us know what you find.

Just a quick update, I did finally get the car up on a jack and found that while grabbing the front right wheel at 9 and 3 and torquing the wheel in opposite directions with my hands, there was a tiny tiny bit of play compared to the same technique while grabbing at 12 and 6. I didn't have time to check the other to see if it was close to the same at all but I'm sure it shouldn't budge even a bit correct?
Would this be the cause of INTERMITTENT vibrations while turning even a degree to the left at highway speeds? It is smooth as ever while going right, it's just while turning left at highway speeds.
Thanks

It is only at highway speeds and it's not a very noticable vibration, but I can tell it's there. It seems to resonate through the floorboard and barely in the steering wheel.
Town driving it's perfectly normal. I am taking my other car into the shop this weekend so maybe I'll just drop the z off with them too and see what they have to say. I'm still fixing it myself though lol

Just wanted to update this for closure in case anyone else has this problem.
It WAS the front right wheel bearing. I replaced it today (took me 3mo to get around to it lol) but the intermittent vibration (more like a hum with vibration) is gone. It only hummed/vibrated on the highway when the front right tire which I hit the curb with, was on the outside of a turn bearing more of the load.
I used the guide in the DIY suspension section to replace the bearing/hub assembly as well and it went pretty well minus a caliper that didnt want to come off of the rotor.
