Default ac and heat not working

I can hear the fans kick on but nothing blows out. It was working fine yesterday and now nothing. The rpm goes up when I turn it on and I hear the fans but no air comes out for either heat or ac

Could this be a blown fuse? What would make no air come out?

Either your blower motor is dead or the vent switching unit is dead/stuck. When you say you hear the fans kick on, do you mean the in-cabin one or the second one in the engine bay for the a/c?

I hear the ones in the engine bay kick on.

Cold air comes out of the vents when the setting is on vents from outside. But still the motor doesn't blow the air.

I just had my car at the dealer and the issue just occurred since then

You may have forgotten to mention your digging around in the dash during your recent audio install. You may have damaged the ribbon cable to the AC control unit, or the cable may not be tight at its connections.

Ribbon cable is fine, and I have checked the connections.

It was working fine until I took it to the dealer yesterday.

What was the car at the dealer for?

Just an oil change. One thing that was odd was they did that free check and put some "protectant" on my battery terminals and turned my battery purple. Idk if that's normal or even what they are supposed to do

If the dealer touched it, take it back and make them fix it.

Looks like it was a blower fuse. It turned right on just like normal after I changed it. I'm guessing its from when they did the battery test.
