I recently purchased a 08 350z base model and my (Service engine soon) light came up not to sure of the precautions I should take before I have time to go get it checked out so any tips and info u might have would highly be appreciated and if you have had this on your car before what was done thanks a lot peeps

 

Call it a wild guess, but you're probably going to want to know what code it is throwing first. Autozone will read it for free and give you a little printout.

just installed a new in dash yesterday would that have anything to do with it or did I need yo reset anything after the install
