Default Need advise on pinpointing oil consumption

03 w/ 71K miles. The first problem i noticed was sometimes the oil pressure gauge would spike real fast to max then flick back down(bad sender unit?). The valve cover gaskets were leaking so I replaced the gaskets but didn't do a good job so they're still leaking. No smoke on start up. Getting smoke from exhaust mostly just on deceleration. Not enough that I could see when driving but my buddy was driving behind me and mentioned it. I took it to Nissan and explained that I was aware that it's leaking oil but that it was also smoking on deceleration. I asked them to see if they could troubleshoot why it's burning oil and recommended a compression/leakdown test. They took it for a joyride, informed me of the leak I had informed them of, and told me it was smoking because of the aftermarket exhaust. I got pissed, got my car and left.

I did a compression test today. crank by crank this is roughly what I got:

1: 100-140-160-173-180-182-187-187
3: 102-140-160-178-182-190-195-192
5: 105-143-162-178-184-190-194-194
2: 100-135-160-166-178-185-190-192
4: 100-140-162-172-183-187-192-192
6: 100-137-155-170-178-185-190-190

Every spark plug was covered in oil and every piston was gunked up with oil.
What would cause all 6 cylinders being equally terrible?

Take it back to Nissan for a Leakdown?
Replace the PCV valve?
Replace the engine with a used one?
Keep putting in oil and driving it until.....?

I messed my back up really bad and had to quit my job so it's excruciating to bend over my engine for long periods and I'm low on cash. What do you guys recommend?

Thanks for any intelligent answers

It's an 03 not a rev up. Nissan isn't going to help

Did not replace the valve covers but the spark plug wells and coil boots were dry.

I would just check the oil weekly and add oil as needed.
