Default lucas oil for my trans?

Hey guys, ic got a 2004 350z 6speed manual and im about to change the transmission oil. The only stuff that I can find around here that is closest to the recommended oil is Lucas oil synthetic 75w90 and on the bottle it says it meets the specifications for GL4 and GL5 transmissions.

Is this stuff safe to use?

Ok, so I went ahead and just returned that Lucas Oil and placed an order for just the redline 75w 90 and 1 quart of the lightweight redline shock proof. My 5th gear grinds just a little bit (especially if shifting down from 6th) and I heard that the shockproof may help it.
