Default alignment gurus chime in (print out attached)

just got an 07 stock suspension, front tires were more worn on the inner edge, really bad noise between 20-30mph and during braking. got an alignment done last week. wondering if someone can make sense of these specs.

I'm guessing toe is what caused the wear? i know camber is unadjustable. my question is if i remounted the tires on opposite sides could that help with the noise and even out wear? ie flipping the inner edge to be on the outside

I'm guessing the previous owner was the cause of the tire wear and the dealer did an alignment before selling you the car. Even before your alignment you weren't very far out of spec; not enough to cause camber wear at least.

I was in the same situation last summer. Remounting will help with noise, but will not even out wear.
