we bought a 03 350z from a guy. he had said that he hydro locked the number 2 cylinder and bent a valve. we towed it back to our house and decided to remove the head and replace the bent valves with a doner head and i think in the process we got the valve caps missplaced and the the valve lash was all out of order and made a loud clicking sound. and at the time my older brother got frustrated with the car and it sat behind our house till i pushed it into our pit and began to take it apart. it was behind our house for abt 8 to 10 months and when we left it back there it was running, just made the ticking sound not knocking. so i took her apart and sent both heads to the machine shop to get the nine yards on them. put them back in the car and cranked it. i hear fuel pump but no spark. the red light on the dash stays on. the whole time it was behind our house the battery was unplugged. could the nats have forgotten the key? also now the wipers seem to be possessed both the front and rear. the headlights wont turn on. when i plug up the battery the wipers start to move even with the key out of the ignition. the rear tail lights will turn on as well and go off at times and come back one.
under the battery in the tray was filled with water and was thinking that the IPDM could have gone bad.
from this site i read that this guy was getting the same code as i was getting with more as well u1001 and that the fans would come on as you turned the key to the on position. they do this aswell.
i have no idea what it could be can someone help me out

so today i hooked a battery charger to the car and left the key on the on position and i came back and the headlights had lighten up. the headlight come on automaticlly when i turn the key to the on position. and i have noticed the little red light on the dash is a solid red when i turn the key to on position. could thi be the root of my no start problem. could the nats have forgotten the key since the battery was disconnected for about 8 or more months? also my rear tail lights come on even with key out of the ignition. some one call the ghostbuster this z is possessed

so yeah i think i know what happened to the 350z when we had the heads off at the machine shop, the car was in our pit like a concreate pad made for doing work on engines and its right under two big pecan trees and one of those days it was there lightning stuck one of the trees. im thinking that could have caused it. what would be the things to go it was to be struck by lightning ecu/or the other small computer on the back of the fuse box on the passenger sid
