At first i thought it might have been a throwout bearing but it happens when my clutch is both in and out. I have searched but havent had any luck, the noise goes away at higher RPM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jATHn9v9MC0

sounds like one of your belt drive pulleys

 

If it's a drive belt pulley, can't you hear it better from the engine bay? I honestly don't know what this is though. Never heard something like that.

 

definitely need more videos then what he has but yah would be louder in the engine bay.
