MT removal from 03 350Z
Hi
I'm getting ready to replace the clutch in my 03 touring 350Z.
The FSM says to, among other things, remove the cats. It looks to me like you could pull the tranny w/o taking the cats off, (totally stock exhaust system). The reason I would like to avoid taking the cats off is the studs/nuts between the exh manifold & the cats are very rusted & I'm sure will break, even with heat. This will mean taking the manifolds off.
Has anyone pulled the tranny without removing the cats?
Thanks in advance.
