Default grinding/spinning noise

hi, it's been a few months since i had JWT clutch and lightweight flywheel installed on my 05 350z manual. Probably + or - 2000 miles on them. Recently, i noticed whirling, grinding/ spinning noise coming out from clutch area when slowing down.
I would drive up to near 2K RPM and let go of the gas, the car slows down and starts making that weird noise. It doesn't happen in neutral.
The noise goes away after driving around for about 7 mins.

I live in detroit so the weather gets cold down here... like 20 Fahrenheit.

Could anyone tell me if this noise is abnormal?

thanks

It's probably normal, the trans does not like cold temps, and the noise should go away once the trans is up to temp.

Would it be a best idea to not take off until the trans warms up?

I see that your location changed to s. Korea. Did you move there?

Take off, no problem. Just drive and be nice and gentle on the trans. The trans will warm up faster while being driven. My car would do similar things in Vegas on cold mornings, Vegas gets down to the high teens.

Yup, I'm out in South Korea for a year.
