Default No power???

Hey guys, I have a 2003 touring MT with 130k on it. The other day I was driving and I tried passing someone, but even though I was at 4k rpms, I wasn't moving very fast. So I tried flooring it. It still accelerated, but at a very slow rate.
The rpms still climbed very fast, but the speed didn't seem to match what it should be. I tried every gear, and it seems after I get past 4k rpms, it just bogs down and accelerates slowly. The car has ran perfectly before this.

Now my question is, could this be the clutch going out? Or could it be something else?

Thanks

UPDATE

I did some more research, and I found some similar stories to mine. A couple of those guys replaced their ECM and it fixed everything. If it is my ECM going bad, how can I check it? Any kind of tests I can run on it?
