Default Cooling issues again....sigh

Alright, history.. been through 4 different waterpumps in 4 years. I have replaced the thermostat 2 years ago. it has always leaked a small amount (could never find the leak) and i just got tired of dealing with it/tired of spending money and nothing getting fixed, so i let it leak. Now when I am in a drive-through or a red light the car will overheat, typically if I am stopped for over 1 minute. The electric fans run period after i stop at said red light or drive-through. So I felt the pipe that the thermostat is in and the pipe is hot. I have come to the conclusion that the cooling system needs to be bled. I went to do that yesterday and the bleeder valve is completely stripped (thanks shitty mechanics)..... So would appreciate any ideas on what could be wrong and how to find this leak and how to bleed it now with a stripped bleeder. I have put dye packs in the fluid and I can't find anything. Also the radiator and the overflow tank are always full but I highly doubt that the system is full. Anything would be greatly appreciated. thanks much in advance.

You didn't mention anything about the radiator itself and how many miles, condition, etc. are on it. Why not just replace it with a high-performance aftermarket model with a new radiator cap? It's something you can DIY and should solve all your problems...

radiator is fine, no leaks or cracks and i just bought a new cap a month ago to make sure. 110,xxx miles and car is in very good shape besides the cooling issue.

Did you refill the radiator yourself? Have you tried a specialty funnel to get all the air out of the system? Here's what I use:

Originally I did not refill it myself when all the waterpumps were gone through. But I did have to show them the bleeder valve cause they just filled the radiator. But since this has got worse i have been paying attention to the thermostat again and i believe that is out again... the pipe was cold yesterday after about 20 minutes of driving, then shut it off and came out 20 minutes later and it was hot. So guess i am going to replace that again. Hopefully that is the issue. Thanks for the link also
