Default Brake dust shield making noise?

I've been trying to diagnose this "tinging" noise, which I believe is coming from the front driver side wheel. The noise comes and goes, but when I do hear it, it normally starts from a stop to around 35mph, then goes away. I pulled the driver side wheel and checked the suspension components and everything seems to be okay without any "play". I then checked the brake dust shield and pulled on it with my finger. It would retract and make that tinging noise i was talking about. From what I have been reading, I will have to remove the 4 bolts that hold the hub bearing into place to remove the shield. Before I do that, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem?

Also, the noise got louder now that I have forged g35 wheels. Im guessing with the larger air space for wind to travel in and out of the wheel plays a factor in this? Before that, I was running touring v1 wheels which had less air space. Or it could be cause im running thinner tires since i have 19s now, so more vibration. Just a thought... Not sure if this has to do with anything.

Thanks.

Problem solved. I just bent the shield back with a screw driver trying my best not to scratch up the rotor. Noise gone for now

I had a similar problem not long after I bought my Z and like you just pushed back the dust shield which cured the problem.
