Default Why isn't my cooling fan working?

Radiator fan on the driver's side stopped working...I assumed the fan unit needed to be replaced. Ordered a new unit and had it installed. The fan worked for a day then stopped same issue.

Obviously, when idling for long periods of time the car overheats. While driving I'm good - cold AC, no overheat due to the air hitting the radiator.

Also, while running the AC a noise(kinda like an alarm) will come on at random behind the passenger side dash...if I turn off the AC, the noise goes away. Could this be related to the fan somehow?

Is there a fuse for the fans? What else can I do?

Thanks!
