Default Blown Fuses and No ECU Communication

I have a 2003 350z Base, I just installed a new engine and it ran for like 2 miles down the road and it just died and the fans came on. Their is no check engine light coming on while the key is in and the fans come on. I checked with a scanner and their is no communication from the ecu. I pulled the cover back from the ipdm and found only 2 fuses that have blown. ING CONT &ECCO and the WASH MTR. I wanted to see if the top one would be the problem so I stuck a new fuse in and turned the key forward the the check engine light came on! I tried to start it but it only turned over... I need to borrow my buddies scanner again to see what's up but do any of you guys know what's wrong here? I'm out of funds to pay a mechanic to fix this and this is my daily.

You've had other threads asking for help on this. As I said in the other one, you've clearly got some BIG problems when you're blowing fuses, the ECM is not functioning and the wiring harness is shorting near the IPDM. The last no-hoper is asking for an accurate diagnostic from an internet forum.

My suggestion is get another low-cost car to serve as a DD until you get enough $$$ up to pay a competent (preferably factory trained) tech to figure out what you screwed up with all the changes you've made to this Z.
