Default interior help needed

Getting an 08 350 tomorrow. The drivers side door swithplate black plastic above the armrest has spots white chips like its peeling. Need refinishing? any ideas?? phil on long island

Might want to post a few pics of what this looks like. Your description doesn't provide a clear idea of what's going on with this switch panel.

In response, I believe you're talking about the plastic panel that has the window controls, side mirror controls, and the window lock. That whole plastic panel that is made out of the most premium quality ever used in any car...yeah that stuff is ****. I just went and purchased black dashboard paint and touched it up and looks fine now...or you can go buy a new whole panel. I believe they're easy to take out and put in. You just have to unplug some connectors and snap it in. I believe.
