Diagnostic Help Please
So, first off, I lack a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars. But anyways, last night I was driving home and as I was popping it in to neutral, I felt like as I fully pressed the clutch in it kinda popped in a little more. I didn't really think much of it until I was putting it back in gear and it wouldn't go in to any gear. When I tried to put it in gear it made a really harsh grinding noise. My friend that has a z said it could be the clutch slave cylinder? Or could that clutch just have gone bad? I wasnt having any problems or signs before. I just want to have an idea of what it could be before I take it to the dealership. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like the OP might have overstroked the clutch pedal. If so, start by inspecting the clutch master to determine if there's been any fluid loss. Jack the car up (and support it on jackstands) to see where the hydrallic fluid loss is coming from. Either a seal, line or the slave cylinder may have been damaged.
