Default Cranking, but wont start

Ok, I have an odd problem that I'm hoping somebody can help me with. My friend has a 2005 350z. He spun a bearing about a month ago. We began the fun filled project of pulling the motor and replacing the all the bearings and having the crank reground. Heres the fun part after 2 weeks and a nightmare of a machine shop we got the car back together and it ran on the first crank. We spent two more days buttoning up the car and doing some other miscellaneous tasks. we concluded the weekend with a solid 50 mile drive. We get home park the car enjoyed a few nice adult beverages and called it a night. The next morning he goes out to start the car and nothing. It cranks and cranks and cranks but wont start, not even a sputter. I immediately checked the crank position sensor and found no 5v reference to the sensor. That led me to a blown 15amp fuse in the box behind the battery. Replaced the fuse and tried again still not starting. Swapped the ECM relay with the hi beam relay and still didnt start but had hi beams, so the relay is good. I started looking on forums many are saying if the ECM has no power the check engine light will not illuminate. However the check engine light is on. So we tried the immobilzer reset (key on 5 secs key off 10 secs blah blah blah). Still nothing. So if there is anyone with a wiring diagram or actually knows these cars that can help, please send me some advice/help.

I think something may have been wired incorrectly and is draining your battery. Check your voltage from your battery terminals. I just had to replace my battery. While the car is running, you should get at least 14V if the alternator is working. Turn off the car and see what happens on the volt meter.

Checked the voltage got 12.3 at the terminals with the engine off. Problem is car doesnt start the starter still spins the engine.

Do all your dash lights come on when you turn the key?
