Default Slight Tick, and Clutch bump

Okay, so... having a few strange things that I want to diagnose and fix if possible, I am paranoid and worrying about these things lol.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

2007, 350Z, 59,500 mileage.
Touring model.
6-spd Manual.
No mods.

1st thing:
There is a slight ticking coming from the engine.
It doesn't happen when you first turn it on, it has to be driven first, doesn't have to be far.
Cold or warm isn't affecting it.
It doesn't get louder with more pedal.
It doesn't get louder with turning.
Clutch in or out doesn't change it.

Its a slight, persistent tick.
The engine oil is new, high performance royal purple.
I inspected the belt closely, it is not loose, and no tears, cuts, or frays at all.
Only use 93 octane in it.

You can't hear it when driving, but when you stop, windows down, you can slightly hear it, you can hear it better when next to a wall, barrier, large curb, etc.

With the hood open is definitely noticeable. Or if your door is open and its in a quiet area.

I theorize this could be a lifter going out?

2nd thing:
When I have my clutch pedal pushed all the way in, such as at a stop light, I can feel a bumping on the bottom of my foot. Like the pedal is kicking back slightly or something.
And no, its not just my foot, I assure you.

It doesn't do it when shifting, there is no noise associated with it, just the feeling. Once the fluid is warm, it shifts fine, never slips out of gear, pedal doesn't get stuck.

The bumping stays when warm or cold, doesn't get worse over time.
Just kicks the bottom of my foot. No pattern to it, it seems random.

I just put new GL4 performance fluid in it about 100 miles ago.
It was doing this BEFORE the fluid change also.
Differential was changed also at same time.

I want to get these issues fixed, if they are indeed issues, I am moving in about a month and half, and after the move will have little money for emergency repairs.

Again, any help and ideas would be appreciated, thank you guys!

Do you sit at lights with the clutch pushed in? If so you may have damaged your throw-out bearing.

I didn't realize there was any other way?
Doesn't it take too long to push the clutch in, put in gear, and then go when the light turns green?

i was going to say the flywheel may be toast, but you said it isnt consistent. but FYI when your slave goes out (and it will) replace it with the zspeed hd combo. if you dont, you will replace it again sooner or later

Might be injector tick. /shrug. Probably nothing to worry about. I had brand new injectors that did this before

Umm, no. If you are in that much of a hurry, learn to read the lights and put it in gear 3 seconds before green.

I don't live in new york or anything, theres not any lights here that are longer than a minute, does it really do that much damage?

It's just not a good habit. It also puts strain on you slave cylinder, as mentioned by someone else earlier.
