Going to put on plenum spacer,new lower intake gaskets,new valve covers and gaskets,new knock sensor and new knock sensor,fuel inj. wiring harness and new vent hoses.Is there anything i'm missing? Want to make this a one time deal .Don't wont take everything back apart once i get it put back together again.Thanks

camshaft sensors.... might as well, they are cheap

 

Clean out the plenum as well while you're in there if you weren't planning on that as well, and think about adding a catch can to prevent as much blowback from getting in there.

You didn't even specify a goal so how are we supposed to know "what else"?

 

The goal is to keep it running. " what else'' mean't did i forget something or overlook something. Forget a part. Doing maintenance underneath plenum ,while its off. Nothing major.Any clearer?

Um, does it actually "need" any of that stuff or is this just a peace of mind thing? How long you owned it? What year? How many miles? I could on all day but.......
