Default Oil pressure issue

Let me preface this by saying I did search!

I have an odd issue with my oil pressure. Overnight, my gauge started reading approximately 80 PSI at idle, and by ~2500 RPM it hits 120 PSI.

The car is running perfectly fine, the exhaust may sound a bit deeper but it could also be in my head. It's been cold here, averaging in the 30s over the last week or two.

Against my better judgement I wound out the motor almost to redline without any issues and the car pulls like it always has.

My question is this, can a bad oil pressure sensor read high? My current sensor was installed over the summer by a reputable shop. When it went bad, it didn't read anything and sat at 0 PSI. Is the opposite possible, wherein the sensor gets out of whack, so to say, and reads too high?

Here is a video of my car from tonight for reference.

Your link is bad or doesn't seem to work. Can you try posting it again?
Also, what weight of oil are you running? I am not sure about a bad sensor reading high, but it does make sense I guess. Time for me to do a bit of research as well.

I take it back. I typed in "high oil pressure 350z" in google and I came up with this: https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-...a-problem.html
