Default Fried ecu and now bad steering angle sensor??

Hi so to make a long story short, my battery died in the middle of my cobb accessport reflashing my ecu. Sent it to cobb and they confirmed that the ecu was fried so I ended up buying a used replacement and having the dealer reprogram it. It runs and drives now but under harder acceleration the throttle seems to cut out almost as if traction control is kicking in. The dealer now says that the steering angle sensor is telling the car that the wheel is turned all the way to the right and causing abs to kick in and needs to be replaced for $800 plus labor!! The abs light or traction lights don't flash on the dash though. Could it still be the sensor?? The dealer says it's not the replacement ecu.

Probably just needs a relearn. When the ECM is replaced, you need to recalibrate the steering angle sensor. Dealer should charge 1 hour of labor. If it does actually need to be replaced, that price is accurate. The part alone is $550.
