Passenger Electric Seat not working!! WHY??!
So I got new leather seat covers for my Z and I removed and unplugged the PASSENGER electric seat connections from the bottom, removed the seat, changed the seat covers, and placed the seat and connections back onto the car correctly. But now the slide forwards and backwards electric adjuster doesn't work.
I'm sure I plugged everything back the same way. Could the motor gone out? I didn't see a specific fuse for electric seats. Is there possibly a funky way or resetting electric seats or something?
Can't fit a passenger anymore if I can't slide the seat back
Any help would be awesome.

You possibly could have done what he said. My driver electric seat wouldn't recline forward, only slide back and forth. I took the seat out, took the switch off, and took the circuitry apart. Found dirrty contacts and cleaned them up with some high grit sand paper. Your other option is your motor finally gave out too.

Not long ago my driver seat would not return to an upright position after being reclined, it would only slide front to back, it mysteriously started working again, I used some electronics cleaner on the switches and it hasn't given me any problems since, I would try using some electronics cleaner on the switches.

Thanks for your help. Stupid me, I accidentally tucked a power cable in with the new seat covers. I had to remove the seat covers and find the cable again. Thanks for the input. Here's an image of my before and after work I did.

I got them from www.LeatherSeats.com. They are expensive but they are all worth it if you love your Z that much. About $670 for driver and passenger seat covers. You can customize the color patterns and stitching colors too.
