Default Help no power to A/C compressor

So the blower is working but it's damn hot. Took it to Firestone to have the full Evac and re charge since I just did a motor swap. It's the same vq35de motor. Firestone tested the connector going to the compressor and he said I have no power. I replaced the AC compressor relay in the IPDM. No luck... Putting it back together, I found a connector on the front end that I couldn't find its home. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Can't say where they are, but in general, there should be a low-pressure switch, and a high-pressure switch, to protect the system is pressure is too low or too high. Find them and jumper them, separately, to see if the compressor clicks on.

Did you find out where that connector goes?

Here's your answer, which relates to what I said in my first reply:

And, you may want to ask the 'tards at Firestone how they properly charged the system without the compressor running.

Okay so after running through a list of what it could be, came to the pressure sensor. And the lack of one at that. I put a new condenser on and forgot to switch over the connector on top of the bottle. I know I know I'm stupid. Oh well. But I'm about to swap the sensor on and hopefully it works.

Default Fixed it

Okay so I actually put the pressure sensor on the condenser. Went to advanced and bought a do it yourself for like 35 bucks. If you saw, I previously wasted 140 at Firestone for them doing it. Anyways, the second I pulled the trigger with the A/C pro, the compressor kicked on. Not even halfway in, the AC was pretty cold. By the time I was done, it was way too cold and I'm in 90-100 degree weather. So 35 bucks to charge the system and keep in mind, the system was filling discharged. Well worth the money and like 3 minutes to do it yourself.
