Default Average Cost for Fix?

Hey guys,

I got hit the other day and have been taking it to a few places to get quoted on the fix. I just wanted to know what this fix on the three panels should cost around? I've been quoted from $1500 - $2500.

Any advice or estimates from those who know how much this fix should cost?

I had something similar happen to my '05 Z and it was about $3.5k (similar damage judging by the pictures). Just a rough idea...

It was a friend who swiped me. Didn't want to get insurance involved. He wants to pay out of pocket. So taking it to get fixed myself at a body shop.

Most likely these threads keep popping up because some owners aren't getting collision insurance. They may not have exchanged information with the other car owner (for whatever reason) and are paying for the repair out-of-pocket.

Thanks for reply. Yeah. I was quoted that from a high end place. Crazy. But then again, it is almost half the car.

You are definitely being quoted in the correct range for a quality paint job. A quality paint job - that will last - is not cheap.

Pick two.

OP: Pricing is generally regional. Where are you located?

It's worth it to get a quality paint job now so you're not regretting it down the road.
