Default Car stalls, won't idle then runs ok

This has happened a couple of times. I'll be driving and the car cuts off, all power still works, just the motor cuts off. When I re start, it starts, goes to idle then cuts off. Nothing I do will keep it running. After a few tries when I start it I can rev it up and get moving then the car runs and idles fine like nothing happened . This has happened twice, several months apart. Any ideas? Greddy Twin turbo, not a boost leak.

Perhaps someone can help. Post up every shred of details. Mods, mileage, maintenance. Even a YouTube vid. Folks are always willing to help..
Meanwhile ck all your grounds.

I know, was hoping this was something someone had run into before. Also, as I know this helps sometimes. I'm in my 50s and very mechanically inclined. It's a 2003, 80K miles, regular maintenance, driveway queen not my DD, greddy 18G TT bolt on kit, nothing added.and no codes. All grounds look good, no physical issues and tight. Can't get a video because like I said, after it does its "stall won't run" after a few starts and revs it runs like nothing happened. The two times it cut out, it just slam cuts, no stuttering or anything just "off". Hopefully someone has run into this before, if not when I fugue it out maybe this post will help someone down the road.

Sounds like it is either your crank shaft or camshaft(s) position sensors need to be replaced. Had the same issue with random shutting down and I replaced the crank position sensor and it worked fine. 40$ fix

Has anyone suggested the fuel pump?

I know aftermarket sensors are a no no ... but maybe the pump is going in and out?
