Question Coolant Flush vs Drain/Refill

My '06 is approaching 60k and I would like to change the coolant for it. I plan to do it at the stealership since I just don't have the time to do it myself as sad as that sounds

The dealer had recommend I go with a flush, but I am not feeling the warm fuzzies for it. Since this is the first coolant change for the car, should I go with a drain/refill instead of a flush? Coolant color looks fine and I feel paranoid that a flush might cause more harm than good.

Thanks!
