Default P0345, CEL, Slip & Traction control light all on!

Having some issues with my 04 350z. Its throwing code P0345 with my slip & traction control light on aswell. The code indicates a fault in the bank 2 camshaft sensor A. Ive replaced the sensor & the car is still acting the same. I went ahead & replaced the other cam sensor & crankshaft sensor as well & no luck. The car cranks for 4-5 seconds but turns on. All of these issues started the day after I got a car audio system installed professionally. My car had no problems before the install. Ive looked up similar threads on here & other forums. No luck. Hoping someone has any ideas/solutions.

Did you get Nissan or other Japanese (Hitachi or Denso) sensors, or Chinese (Duralast, no-name eBay, etc...)? Nissans really dislike Chinese sensors. The other possibility is that the audio shop tapped into a wire they shouldn't have.

Did they hook a touchscreen HU to the wrong brake wire?

No. They broke the B2 cam sensor ground wire when the shoved the power cable through the harness grommet.
