03 350z P0011 & P0021 Fail-safe mode

03 350z P0011 & P0021 Fail-safe mode
Title says it all, I’ve got a P0011 & P0021, car goes into fail-safe mode when warmed up, and won’t rev up after that. I can hold the gas pedal and it bogs down and doesn’t move. It’s Automatic, I have replaced camshaft sensors and crankshaft sensors and im still having the problem. Any help would be appreciated thank you. All fluids good, everything is connected and plugged in.
