Default Stalling after warm up and when coming to a stop

I need some advice from the z gurus. My car recently started stalling after being warmed up one cold morning. I replaced The cam position sensors and the crank position sensors thinking it was that but I don’t get a code for them. I do get a code for bad upstream o2 sensor but it has always ran fine. The MAF sensor was also replace because i was getting a code for that too. I thought it might be a fuel issue so I went and upgraded the fuel pump since I’m going to be modifying the car I’m tue future but there hasn’t been much change. I also replaced all the plenum gaskets and there’s no vacuum leaks anywhere. When I cleaned the MAF today the car seemed to want to stay running it would die off like it didn’t have enough oxygen then it would pick itself up and idle for a few seconds before dying again. I am going to replace the o2 sensors to see if that fixes it but I doubt it. Could it be the throttle body not letting in enough air to idle?
