Default HELP, misfiring

Hello all, I have pulled all of my spark plugs today and 5 of the 6 had this brown type of wear on them. The cylinders for those 5 also had carbon buildup in them, although my new build only has 100 miles on it. The 6th spark plug has little signs of wear however, and this cylinder hole has no buildup and i can still see the shine/reflectiveness on the cylinder head through the sparkplug hole.
Picture 1 is how 5 of the 6 look, pic 2 is the one with little wear. These are also new spark plugs aswell. I know I should get a tune and i'm not driving the car till then, but these signs show me that the misfire is caused by something else... I also do not misfire if I'm going over 70mph. Also have the O2 sensor codes for p0037 and p0057, and bank 1 vtc code p1111
Build :
11:1 Wiseco pistons, heads ported, valve job
FBO
NO TUNE

Some of my friends were saying this is the result of a clogged injector on the cylinder with no wear, any insight on my situation? Thanks all.

Are you 10,000% sure you hooked #4 and #6 coils up correctly?

and then go get tuned ... you're jeopardizing your build by running un-tuned

Yes I am sure, it is cylinder #3 (passenger side, middle cylinder) that is completely clean with no wear, which makes me think either the spark there is wrong or the injector is clogged ( due to the car sitting for 11 months). And thank you, I do not drive it anymore anyways till I fix this and get a tune.
