Flooded my Z, misfiring, need help
Okay, so about two months ago, I flooded my Z by hitting a dip filled wih water that came up to about the headlights at about 40 MPH. It wouldn't start at first, but I took out the spark plugs, turned it over so the water inside would spew out, replaced the old spark plugs, and she started. Drove fine-ish, still does, but there is a misfire every once in a while in the lower RPMs for sure. Hard to tell in the higher RPMs. This effects my torque and my gas mileage (It's really bad).
There IS a hole in the exhaust, but it doesn't effect it much except that it's louder and I think it may have something to do with the torque (I think).
I need to know what the possible deficiencies could be, so I can get this problem is fixed.
I'm not very mechanically inclined, so please be vivid on your responses if you would.
Thanks in advance to whoever responds.

Most water locked motors bend rods , yes you can pull plugs , get the water out and fire it up, but it just a matter of time before the rods breaks. Typically it costs more to replace the motor with no core
